LiveCheck

The LiveCheck allows manual verification of documents related to an identity check. Only PVID operators at Namirial are authorized to perform these checks.

Activating LiveCheck in T&S

To activate LiveCheck, go to the 'Participants' section in the T&S workflow configuration, then navigate to the 'Identity Verification' section.

Next, activate LiveCheck by clicking the 'Add a LiveCheck manual check' yes button, as shown in the screenshot below.

livecheck-configuration

By enabling this option, you choose to delegate the verification of identity documents to the LiveCheck service.

  • By selecting the 'Systematically' option, all identity documents submitted by your clients will be manually verified except in the case of so-called unrecoverable errors, the list of which is set out below.

  • With the 'Only in case of automatic control alerts' option, only identity documents flagged with errors by automatic controls will be manually verified, except for the document vs. client file consistency errors and the errors listed below.

List of unrecoverable errors that do not trigger LiveCheck in all cases

TnS Code Description
2096 The country of issue of the document is not allowed
2097 The document has expired
2112 The document is a specimen
2609 The back of the document was not found
2615 The front of the document was not found
2022 The document received does not match the expected one

NOTE : Remember to consider Webhooks notifications depending on whether LiveCheck is triggered or not.

  • The following events will be triggered if LiveCheck is called: IDENTITY_APPROVED, IDENTITY_REJECTED, IDENTITY_APPROVED_READY_TO_SIGN, IDENTITY_APPROVED_READY_TO_ADD_DOCUMENTS

  • The following event will always be triggered even if LiveCheck is not called: IDENTITY

Refer to the Webhooks page for more information about Webhooks.

Simulate LiveCheck decision

It is possible to simulate the LiveCheck decision from T&S. This feature is only available in the integration environment.

To use this feature, the desired participant must be given an email address containing a specific sub-address. The sub-addresses used to define the simulated LiveCheck return are available in the list below. The participant's email can contain several sub-addresses, the first one detected will be taken into account for the simulation (among those defined in the list below).

example : mail+1+LC_ACCEPTED+LC_FRAUD@namirial.com (the case "LC_ACCEPTED" will be taken into account)

sub-addresses can contain lower and/or upper case characters.

NOTE : To make integration tests easier, when the simulated LiveCheck is activated, specimens and expired documents are always allowed.

List of usable sub-addresses :
